This is our wonderful little Pireni, foaled on October 10, 2007She is the daughter of our Princess, who has been sold. Her sire is Rio Grande, whom you can see below. With the background she has, we expect her to be one of the best, with hair and feather to spare. She is absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous head and beautiful neck and shoulder. We are certainly thrilled with this filly. She was the last of our foals born in 2007, and we couldn't have ended the season on a better note. Pireni enjoys being our pampered little princess. Pireni has grown up beautifully. She has a calm quiet demeanor and will allow you to hug and fawn over her till the end of time. Pireni is a great ride and drive prospect but she also has the potential to be a wonderful therapy horse. She has the potential to be a super fun kids horse measuring a stocky 13.3 hands as of January 27, 2010. Always loving to be with people, Pireni loves her baths and grooming, happily standing tied for long periods of time. She is halter broke and loads good in the trailer. Pireni is also one little princess who truly loves a fine pedicure, so she has always been wonderful for the farrier.
And a big thank you, to our friend Shelly, who named Pireni for us. It means "Sweetheart" in the Romany language. And what a sweetheart she is too!
