Beautiful Alvin is out of our former Mare Misty And our amazing Stallion Pride and Joy. His temperament exudes royalty! Looking at him in the pasture you see an amazing presence!

Before my father passed away we talked about many things. One of the things I told him is that if Misty our mare had a boy I was going to name that boy Alvin after him (my father). My dad said "now don't do that!" And I said "you cant tell me what to do" He smiled and said "he better be studly then" and dad fell back to sleep. I had gotten my way! My father passed away shortly after that conversation. I truly HATE cancer. But I love that I had time to talk to my father before he passed. And I got my boy shortly after dad passed. I was true to my word to my father and named him Alvin. Alvin has lived up to his name! He is perfect! We honestly can not find ONE FLAW in this Alvin!

Alvin is such an easy going boy. So laid back. He is very sweet , always wants to be your friend and tries his hardest to please you. He does what he is asked and never throws a fit! Would be nice if our children were this good! Ha ha.

From birth Alvin has had an abundance of feather and hair! But not only feather and hair he has PERFECT conformation. Alvin will most likely be about 14.3hh tall when mature. All of the things listed are just the icing on the cake so to speak. Above all Alvin has the most willing temperament of any horse we have owned.

Alvin thinks he is a dog. Follows us around as if we have some great power over him. Very respectful and very sweet. I love this boy! He is EASY. And will make somebody very happy.

This is the only Stallion by Pride and Joy here in the USA. We did sell a Pride boy in Texas under the condition that he be gelded. So he may be gelded now. We do not know for certain that this has happened yet. Pride hasn't given us many boys. Pride's foals have also been sold as Therapy horses for children and on occasion we have also sold them to a facility for abused women that are trying to get their lives back in order. Pride's Kids make an impact on each life they touch. We are very proud that he stamps his foals like this.

We are VERY easy to get along with and to work with. Just give us your thoughts and we can try and make what you want happen!

In the video below Alvin runs up to his daddy Pride and wants to make sure he knows he is little and is just there to visit. And yes he does try to nurse on his daddy. And of course Pride doesn't mind. He is such a sweet Stallion. Ha ha...
